1. General

Welcome to Nairobi Tote Bags,a Subsidiary of TEE SHIRT CITY APPARELS. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, email, phone, or in person.

2. Products & Custom Orders

Nairobi Tote Bags specializes in custom and promotional tote bags. Product images and descriptions on the website are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to material processing: cutting, stitching and printing processes. All customized orders, including logo printing, special sizes, colors, or materials, are produced strictly according to client-approved specifications.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Custom orders are quoted based on quantity, materials, size, and branding requirements. Prices exclude delivery costs unless stated.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation. Packaging, Processing will only begin after payment confirmation is received. Nairobi Tote Bags reserves the right to withhold or cancel orders if payment is not completed.

5. Order Confirmation & Production

For custom orders, production begins only after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Any changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs or delays.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customized or branded items are non-refundable once production has started. Order cancellations must be requested in writing before production begins. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied. Claims must be reported within 8 hours of delivery with clear supporting photos. Normal wear, misuse, or minor printing variations are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers MUST confirm that they have the legal right to use any logos, designs, or artwork supplied. Nairobi Tote Bags shall not be held liable for copyright or trademark infringements related to customer-provided materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nairobi Tote Bags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Locations

Nairobi Tote Bags delivers orders within Nairobi, across Kenya, and to selected East African destinations upon request.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard items are typically delivered within 2–5 working days in Nairobi. Custom or branded orders are delivered after production, with timelines communicated during quotation. Delivery times may vary depending on order size, location, and logistics provider.

3. Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are calculated based on location, size, and weight of the order. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or confirmed during order processing. Bulk and corporate orders may qualify for negotiated delivery rates.

4. Delivery Method

Orders are delivered via third-party courier services or company-arranged transport. Nairobi Tote Bags is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, boda boda riders once orders have been dispatched.

5. Order Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect goods upon delivery / collection. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported within 8 hours of receipt.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Self-Collection
